Physical Review B - Condensed Matter and Materials Physics 65 1-5 2002年1月1日Magnetization and magnetoresistance were measured in A-type antiferromagnet (formula presented) utilizing pulsed magnetic fields up to 45 T. We have observed a ferromagnetic transition accompanied by a discontinuous decrease of resistivity. The temperature dependence of the resistivity in the ferromagnetic state showed characteristics of a three-dimensional metal. The observed phenomena are explained in terms of simultaneous destruction of the (formula presented) orbital ordering and the A-type antiferromagnetic spin ordering by magnetic field. © 2001 The American Physical Society.

2008年4月基礎物理学実験・演習では、実際に自分の力で演習問題を解けるようにと、実践的な演習問題解答を毎回提出させ、添削している。また学生による答案発表も授業で取り入れ、積極的な授業への参加を進めている。

2003年4月数年前から教育活動にインターネットを活用している。資料や論文をサイトからダウンロードできるようにしている。ゼミや卒業研究指導にはパスワードによって外部者の閲覧を排除した掲示板を設置し、学生から研究進捗状況の報告を受けたり、それに対する指導を書き込んだりすることによって、ゼミ学生全体への情報交換ができるシステムを構築している。また、修士論文や原著論文、研究内容をＰＤＦ化しサイト上で公開している。

2003年4月あらゆる教育活動においてコンピュータ活用を積極的に進めている。具体的には電子メールによる研究ディスカッションや、研究結果を電子ファイルにまとめて提出させるなど行っている。ゼミ学生のパソコン所有率は100％であり、多くの研究報告が電子情報化され、活用されている。また、研究発表の為にプレゼンテーションソフトを上手に使いこなせるように資料の作成方法や発表方法を指導している。

2003年4月コンピュータおよびネットワークを教育に活用すべく努力している。また、技術進歩の著しい分野の講義では、最新の研究やトピックも授業で積極的に紹介するようにしている。紹介にはプレゼンテーションソフトやビデオなどのマルチメディアを活用して、直感的に分かりやすく印象に残るように工夫している。また、学生への連絡、学生からの質問に電子メールを活用している。

2003年4月ゼミでは、将来の研究発表等に活かせるように、プレゼンテーションの機会を多く与え、またプレゼンテーション担当者以外のゼミ生にも必ず質問させるようにして、形式にとらわれず活発な議論を展開できるように指導している。
