My general approach to scholarship has a cross-disciplinary and cross-cultural focus. My area of speciality includes applied contemporary aesthetics Caribbean cultural studies, cross-cultural EFL learning, and intercultural communication. My recent research interests focus on Japanese cultural aesthetics, everyday aesthetics, social aesthetics, and Content Language Integration Learning (CLIL).
