神学部神学科一年生との担任面接、神学部一年生合宿の実施

The lecture attempts first of all to confirm the fundamental characteristics of Jesuit Pedagogy as presented in two recent documents dealing with the subject, namely, The Characteristics of Jesuit Education (1986), and Ignatian Pedagogy. A Practical Approach (1993), and second, it seeks to attain an overview of the theory of “Co-Active Coaching,” and to tackle the issue of the role expected of teachers in Jesuit pedagogy.

初年次に履修の義務づけられている必修人間学を担当し、受講者一人ひとりの授業への積極的参加を実現するため、授業のコンセプトと具体的な方法を詳細に説明したうえで、①プレゼンテーション②グループディスカッション③リアクションペーパーの三本柱で構成される学生参加型の授業運営をしている。
