（教育実績）4大学合同研究発表会

毎年9月下旬に立教大学、明治大学、埼玉大学、上智大学の組織管理、経営倫理のゼミが集まって、合同研究発表会を開催した。各ゼミの研究について報告をするだけでなく、各ゼミの運営上の工夫についても合わせて情報公開をしあった。これらの活動は、各ゼミ員がそれぞれの組織運営について理解を深め、改善の可能性を考えるうえで重要である。
