教育提携校である上智福岡中学高等学校において、中学２年生に対して２時間の講義を行った。

当該年度に更新講習対象者となる中学校、高等学校教諭に対して「漢文」関連の更新講習を行った。
 
 
Apr 2006    
どうしても講義が主体となり一方的な授業となりがちであるので、積極的にリアクションペーパーを授業に取り入れるようにした。特に学生の理解度や興味関心の所在を把握するために、教材の鑑賞や読解に関わるテーマを設定してリアクションペーパーを書かせた。また、図版や写真などの視覚資料を多用して文献読解の助けとした。

シンポジウム「新高等学校学習指導要領と古典教育の現状－問題の所在と提言」（上智大学国文学会開催）のコメンテーターをつとめた。
 
 
Apr 2003    
「藩校明新館と校訓の制定をめぐって」（山形県立上山明新館高校創立十周年記念講演会）という演題で全校生徒に講演を行った。
