現在の主な研究は、電力取引市場におけるスポット価格・デリバティブ価格に関するモデルを用いた分析である。教育では、経営財務論、企業経済論を担当している。いずれについても、企業経営に関わる現象を単純なモデルを用いて考察することを講義している。ゼミナールでは、ファイナンスに関連する研究テーマを指導している。
