商法・企業環境法上の諸問題について、研究している。
ゼミナール（演習）では、商法（企業法）の立場から、持続可能(sustainable)な企業のあり方を追求するなかで、法的視野を広げるとともに、21世紀の企業にとって重要な経営課題であるESG（環境、社会、コーポレート・ガバナンス(企業統治)）問題に対するアプローチ・問題解決の手法を身に付けることを目的として、共同研究を行っている。
