Apr, 2008ミクロ経済学II はハンドアウトを使用している。講義中の主な結論をコンパクトにまとめたハンドアウトを事前に配布することで、講義での説明がどの結論につながるか見通しよく受講できるようにしている。

Apr, 2008演習では、データ収集・統計処理に関する指導を積極的に行っている。学生が、命題を実証的に確かめる手法を習得できるようにするためである。理論分析では関心のある変数以外を「他の事情一定」として処理できる。しかし、実証分析では他の事情も変化してしまう。どのようにすれば実証分析において「他の事情一定」に近づけられるか、データの収集・処理方法について指導している。

Apr, 2007演習において、論文の書き方指導に力を入れている。演習では個人研究論文の提出を義務づけているが、提出された論文を読んでみると研究の内容ではなく作文技術に難のあるものも散見された。そこで、自分の主張したい命題をいかに明瞭にまとめるのか、章の構成、パラグラフの役割、パラグラフ内の文構成などに注意して作文指導を行っている。
