これまでの主たる研究テーマは知的財産権の国際的側面でした。今後は流動的です。

Apr, 2004・学部講義「知的財産権法」\n「特許法」「商標法」「意匠法」「著作権法」「不正競争防止法」のアウトラインを、重要判例の紹介をまじえつつ講義する。もっとも4単位の授業なので、単年度では全部を講義できない。年度ごとに「特許法」と「商標法」の組み合わせ、あるいは「意匠法」「著作権法」「不正競争防止法」の組み合わせという感じで講義している。Power Pointをフルに活用してaudiovisualに知財の現場に迫りたいと考えている。
