Jun, 2012 - Present毎年9月下旬に立教大学、明治大学、埼玉大学、上智大学の組織管理、経営倫理のゼミが集まって、合同研究発表会を開催した。各ゼミの研究について報告をするだけでなく、各ゼミの運営上の工夫についても合わせて情報公開をしあった。これらの活動は、各ゼミ員がそれぞれの組織運営について理解を深め、改善の可能性を考えるうえで重要である。

Dec, 2003 - Present上智、慶応、明治、立教、立正、共栄の各大学における人的資源管理論ゼミによる合同研究会（日本的経営研究会）に参加し研究発表を行っている。この催しでは企画・準備から研究活動までを学生が自主的に行い、オリジナル調査データに基づき、研究報告及び論文執筆を行っている
